Cloud 9 Moments

Effective Date: April 2025

When you book with Cloud 9 Moments, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

  • A deposit or full payment is required to confirm your reservation.

  • Bookings are first-come, first-served and subject to availability.

  • Payments can be made online via [insert payment platforms used].

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 72 hours before your scheduled event.

You may choose to:

  • Reschedule your event based on availability

  • Have your deposit held as a rain check for a future date (valid for 1 year)

Note: Existing bookings will take priority over rescheduled events.

3. Setup Requirements

  • Surface must be flat, clean, and clear of debris

  • Access to a grounded electrical outlet within 50 feet is required

  • Setup area must meet the minimum size requirements provided per rental

If setup is not possible due to space or access issues, a service fee may still apply.

4. Safety & Supervision

  • Adult supervision is required at all times during use

  • Equipment should not be used in rain, high wind, or other hazardous conditions

  • Instructions provided during setup must be followed for safety

5. Damage or Excessive Cleaning

  • Renter is responsible for damage beyond normal wear or for excessive cleaning

  • Fees may apply for repairs, replacement, or deep cleaning if needed
